Are you currently shipping outside the US?

Yes we do ship Worldwide!

How long does Shipping take? 

We take pride in our fast deliveries. After your order is placed, we ship out same day or by latest next business day. Shipping Prices are calculated at checkout before you purchase and depending on that you get an approximation of how long it will take for your package to be delivered to you safe and sound.  

Can we pickup locally?

Yes you can. 

What is your Refund Policy?

If you change your mind about an item you received, you have 30 days to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

What about sale items?

ALL sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned unless damaged. Exchanges will be granted if a clothing item needs to be exchanged for a different size. 

What if my product is damaged or stops working?

At Oudhmania, we insure that we sell the top of the line, quality products! However, just like any other business, there is always a small chance of defective items. 

We want to promise you that we will refund you your money or exchange the item for a brand new one, free of cost.

This will need to be done within 15 days after purchase. After 15 days have passed, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

What if my tracking says my package was delivered but I never received my item?

It happens unfortunately. Shipping carriers deliver thousands of packages daily and can mistakenly send your item to the wrong house. If this is the case, we will do our best to track down your package and get it to you. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier as they have GPS tracking systems to see where your package was delivered. Please be patient as claims take some time. 

Please also note, it is your job to let us know within 5 days of your delivery email that you did not receive your package. When an item is delivered to you, we send out an email that day letting you know your package has been delivered!
